Krysiek Dabek (Poland)
One night I was walking through Dublin’s dark streets listening to music, like i often do. But that night i saw something shiny, like a little light on the wall of small dark street. I came closer to see where this light was coming from and then i saw: at first a little head and then whole bodies of these little light–men coming out of the wall. Don’t you believe? …so come to The Shed and see for yourselves, because they’re gonna visit this place on the 23rd of February.
Most of my life I’ve spent time playing with video, sound, drawing, sculpture, listening, looking, dreaming— trying to unite it in one. I love to travel and meet people that are my impulse to act, to form, to create. My works are a reflection on what I’ve seen or heard someday, somewhere. I never try to think why i make them, i just do. And it’s all about having fun!
Maciek (Poland)
An electro–acoustic musician from Poland, now living in Dublin, Stig is using all kind of objects to create his Soundscapes. Recently he has been working with turntables to create glitch, ambient, noisy, dron sounds.
Emma Martin (Ireland)
As a classically trained dancer Emma Martin has over the past few months been attempting to tap into the memories and impressions that classical movement has imprinted on and in her physical being.
